Factulum FAQ
Is Factulum "certified" by the Spanish Tax Agency?
There is no official certification seal for VERI*FACTU software. Factulum complies with RD 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024 and has the manufacturer’s responsible declaration, which is the official requirement.
Do I have to send everything to the Tax Agency in real time?
No. Real-time submission belongs to VERI*FACTU mode; you can use Factulum in non-verifiable mode and still comply with the regulation.
Do I need a digital certificate to use Factulum?
To sign and send records to the Tax Agency in VERI*FACTU mode, yes. You can use a personal, representative or company seal certificate.
Is Factulum useful if I already have a tax advisor?
Yes. Your advisor can keep handling your taxes; Factulum takes care of issuing, controlling and the legal format of your invoices.
Does it work for freelancers and companies?
Yes. It works for freelancers, SMEs and companies, and has a specific plan for accounting firms that manage their clients from one panel.
